That is a great question... And I can completely understand your concern however, because it's a family owned company, the owner day in and day out Monday through Sunday... has his hands full with dedicating time to making sure that every part of the hotel is in not only acceptable, but in excellent condition. When you arrive, you will more than likely see him and he will be very very polite towards you however when you're doing something like what he does day in and day out, it becomes impossible to read reviews and attended them as readily as possible. Again this is a family-owned company. But I'm telling you simply, they will treat you so very well with a smile every moment you're there.
